I'd been hearing a lot about this place so when we visited Bogo City our grandma's place we decided to go. We took a bus from Bogo to Hagnaya where a ferry is bound to Bantayan Island which cost us P160.00 one way trip if I could remember it right.
I always interchange Daan Bantayan and Bantayan Island which are both located in North of Cebu. But this time I'm pretty sure we went to Bantayan Island where we reached the town of Santa Fe.
When we learned that motorbikes are available for rent we got excited. We rented it for P200.00 for us to be able to stroll around the island. It helped us easily moved around the place and asked some locals for tourism spot in town. We reached first Sta. Fe Beach Club upon learning there were some amenities exclusive to members. A security guard of the place informed us about Bantayan Island Nature Spring where we could visit a cave.
Late afternoon, we ended in a beach resort in Pooc, Sta. Fe and took some photos. It was low tide during that time. We did not stay overnight and we were in a hurry to catch the last ferry bound from Bantayan Island to Bogo.
We were able to board the last trip going home. It was a short trip. We arrived around 9am and left at 6pm in the island.
