2013 Cobra Ironman Triathlon - Cebu Philippines

 It was hosted in Cebu Philippines on August 4, 2013. It started in Shangri la's Mactan and Spa white sand 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike course going to main island of Cebu, and 13.1 mile run along Punta Engano Road.

 It was cloudy but it did not stop me from taking photos as I prepared my own improvised plastic cover for my dslr. Yeah! It made me comfortable shooting with light rain falling in very fine drops.

 Unfortunately, we did not make it to the swimming area for spectator. It was too late when we learned the place. How sad...

So, we had the chance to cover the start of the bicycle part where Courtney Atkinson was going first and eventually the first placer in the event. People started to scream when they recognize celebrity like Piolo Pascual, Tessa Prieto, Matteo Guidicelli, Senator Pia Cayetano, Kim Atienza and I enjoyed seeing Apl.de.Ap with a BIG smile.(    ",    )
