It was a 2 hour smooth sailing trip from Danao to Camotes Island.  I was asleep the whole trip when I heard a noise from people preparing to dock in our first destination. I immediately asked if it was Poro in which I was told its "Fran" and the next destination was Poro. I had not heard the place "Fran" so I guess I just did not notice that on the map.

The first thing on my mind when I arrived in Poro was to go near a beach and that was Santiago in mind to catch up with sunset since it was too late for a day tour. Second, I need a motorcycle ride. A rider offered me P150.00 ride going to Santiago in which I insisted that was costly. I made an arrangement to him for my tomorrow's tour  for P500.00 and P100.00 for my ride going to Santiago. He agreed.

While we were on our way to look for a transient house I learned that "Fran" a man referred to was actually San Francisco. They actually call the place "San Fran" for short. I knew then that I should have taken San Fran when I reached that place. It is where Santiago White Beach unlike Poro is about close to15-20km.

I found a transient house (simple room)  for P200.00 a day in Poro but when I arrived in Santiago I looked for a place near the beach for P350.00. Rather than going back to Poro that might cost me P100.00 - 150.00 a ride I just settled in the place.
